The ioHOMES family is especially proud of our curated products. We take pride in the quality and design, and also in our dedication to your satisfaction! For any support related to the shipping and delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Care team.
We maintain a 24 hour ship rate (Monday through Friday only) for small items. If you place an order before 10 am PT, your order will be shipped before 10 am PT the following day. We ship most orders with FedEx, so your purchase should arrive within 1-5 business days. Multiple items ordered together may not arrive together. Signatures are not required for small parcel items; the driver will ring or knock on your door so if no one is home, the package will be left in a safe, dry area. If the driver determines no safe location is available, a note will provide instructions on how to obtain your order.
The only exceptions? Oversized items! It may take us up to 5 business days to inspect and package these large items and they can take up to 2 weeks to be physically delivered. We offer curbside delivery only, meaning you will be responsible for bringing the item(s) into your home. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. Also, don’t forget a daytime phone number to schedule a delivery appointment! If you require assistance to bring your item(s) into your home, you will have an option to upgrade to Inside Delivery (see upgrades on order page).

We will only ship to the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands. We are also unable to deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes. Sorry!
Any form of expedited delivery placed by 10 am PT Monday through Friday will arrive within 3 business days. Deliveries are scheduled between Monday and Friday. Overnight delivery is available to most locations in the continental US.
Expedited delivery is not available for oversized items and out of stock items, and is not available for shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Business days do not include holidays. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, such as but not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages and other unexpected circumstances.

We can only accept cancellation requests for orders not yet shipped. This includes orders not yet processed and backordered items. Cancelled orders will be credited in the form of the payment used. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always initiate a return request for a full refund of the order.
