Did you receive my order?
Just check your email! An order confirmation should have been sent to your registered email. If you have an account with us, you can also check in the Manage My Orders page. Your most recent order should show up there and link to a confirmation page. Feel free to print it or save it for your records!

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Of course. When you’re placing the order, you will be prompted for a delivery address. Simply enter in the address in and we’ll make sure your item(s) is sent to the right one! You can also save the various addresses (and name them accordingly)!

How long do I have to wait for my item?
Smaller items are usually delivered within 1-5 business days. We do offer expedited options for faster delivery.
Larger items, such as sofas or beds, may take up to 2 weeks due to transit time. - What is the return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds generally appear within one to two billing periods. The refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card used for the original purchase.

Can you ship my order overseas?
Sorry! We only ship to the continental United States.

Is the item I’m interested in actually available?
Most likely, yes! If the item isn’t in stock, an inventory status and expected back in stock date will appear on the product detail page.

Why do I have to pay tax?
ioHOMES is headquartered in California, which means we collect sales tax on behalf of California. If you’re shipping to California, state law requires us to collect sales tax! Sorry, Cali.

How is the tax calculated?
Tax is estimated based on the laws and regulations of California.

When will you charge my credit card?
When your order is shipped! Typically, we ship within 24 hours for FedEx items and 5 business days for Large Parcel items. If your desired item is backordered, you will not be charged until it physically ships out from our facility.

Can I order swatches?
We only offer swatches for a limited number of items. If swatches are available, you’ll see a shoutout in the Specs section. You can always call us at 888.980.5122 to confirm or send us an email at help@homesinsideout.com to double check.

How do I clean this item?
For upholstered items, we recommend spot cleaning with mild water-free solvent. Try avoiding any harsh chemicals. If you’re just dusting, lightly brush the fabric. Vacuuming may pull out the threads so we definitely recommend staying away from that type of maintenance!
If caring for non-upholstered items, wipe down with a dry cloth (preferably soft fabrics). Avoid leaving any moisture for long periods of time. We highly recommend coasters and mats, especially if liquids or hot temperatures are involved.

No! You can browse or make a purchase without registering. However, accounts do have benefits! You can review your order history, create a wish list and, most importantly, quickly check out with all the handy saved information.
